Any cancellation of reservations or portions of reservations MUST be received by email to info@belizesongwriterfestival.com

75+ days prior to arrival = 100% refund less US$200.00 processing fee.                   

46-74 days prior to arrival = 50% refund less US$200.00 processing fee.

0-45 days prior to arrival = NO refund.  

NO Show = NO Refund
